1.1 Shipping Methods: Whatever Wholesale offers a variety of shipping options to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Our available shipping methods include standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping.
1.2 Shipping Regions: We currently ship within the United States, complying with the regulations outlined by the PACT (Preventing All Cigarette Trafficking) Act. Shipping to addresses outside of the United States is not available currently.
1.3 Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
1.4 Age Verification: To comply with the PACT Act regulations, Whatever Wholesale requires age verification for all orders. By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age. We use a third-party age verification service to ensure that orders are not placed by individuals under the legal age for purchasing tobacco and related products.
1.5 Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, the destination address, and the total weight of the order. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
1.6 Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that unforeseen delays in transit may occur.
2. Return and Refund Policy:
2.1 Returns: We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at whateverwhole@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2.2 Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to the nature of tobacco and related products.
2.3 Return Process: Upon receiving your RA number, please package the items securely and include a copy of your original order invoice. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
2.4 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
2.5 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item, and a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
